I enjoy birding and photography. Take a look around! Enjoy!
Thanks for visiting! I like birds and share stories and photos of them and the world we share with them!
Mallard Lake, situated within the expansive Creve Coeur Park, is a highlight of every trip I take to St. Louis. It has much more than mallards to enjoy!
Situated in the expansive floodplain of the Mississippi River, Riverlands Migratory Bird Refuge is an abundantly rich area of wetlands, forests, and prairies that host an astonishing variety of birds.
In this review, I will explain the features and benefits of the binoculars I selected - Kowa BDII-XD binoculars. They improve the birdwatching experience and enhance my ability to see birds around me.
The Western Snowy Plover is a small shorebird native to the western coastal areas of the United States. Volunteering with organizations like California State Parks can involve monitoring populations, surveying nesting areas, and educating people about these birds. These birds may be the smallest, cutest birds on our beaches! #ShareTheShore
The California Least Tern is a charming and distinctive seabird found along the Pacific Coast of North America. These tiny birds have big personalities, known for their sassy and acrobatic flight styles. They are endangered, and need our help to keep them coming to our beaches!
Malibu Lagoon: a coastal estuary teeming with biodiversity. A haven for birds, fish, and wildlife. Perfect for birdwatching with walking trails, boardwalks, and stunning views. Surfrider Beach offers excellent surfing, while the nearby Malibu Pier is fun to explore, too! I go for the Brown Pelicans, and stay for the many other beautiful birds!
